Comprehensive Intensive Prevention Program (CIPP)
The Comprehensive Intensive Prevention Program offers comprehensive services to strengthen families and keep them together. The program serves TANF eligible parents in Nassau County who are at risk of foster care placement or child abuse. The program builds on the agency’s Kinship Caregiver Program and leverages the numerous related services available for all family members at HCC. Clients may receive:
- Case management services
- Information and referral to services in the community
- Advocacy
- Parent education
- Crisis management
