Children and Family Support Services

The Children and Family Support Services Program provides essential comprehensive services for families who have school-age children and adolescents diagnosed with serious emotional problems. This program is supported by the Nassau County Department of Mental Health, Chemical Dependency and Developmental Disabilities Services.

Program Services Include:

• Agency-based and home-based respite services
• Recreational activities
• Parent/Child socialization
• Parent support groups
• Education and advocacy
• Case management
• Tutoring
