Supported Housing
The Supported Housing Program is designed to provide housing services to mentally ill individuals who experience difficulties with their housing situation and receive treatment in any Mental Health Program. This program is supported by the New York State Office of Mental health.
This Program serves individuals 18 years and older
Program Services Include:
- Home visits
- Education
- Support groups recreation
- Case management services
