Bilingual Spanish/English Clinician for the Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Program

Hispanic Counseling Center is currently seeking a highly motivated/dedicated Bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinician to join our multidisciplinary clinical treatment team in the Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Program.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Conduct individual, family and group counseling, facilitate psycho-education groups, complete assessments, progress notes and treatment plans for our clients.

Must meet deadlines for all documentation and paperwork requirements.

REQUIRED:

• LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC is required (CASAC in addition, preferred).
• Must be fully fluent in both Spanish & English.
• Clinician must work on-site from the agency.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (minimum 2 vaccines and 1 booster)

PREFERRED:

• 3-5 years in substance use disorder outpatient clinic experience
• CASAC degree, in addition (preferred)
• Experience working with multicultural populations
• Experience with working with adolescents and their families
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent computer skills; familiarity with EMR/EHR (Accumedic) and telehealth platforms (zoom and doxy.me)

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $28.00 – $38.00 per hour based on licensure and experience
