The Supportive Housing Program is designed to provide housing services to mentally ill individuals who experience difficulties with their housing situation and receive treatment in any Mental Health Program. This program is supported by the New York State Office of Mental health.
Program services include:
- Home visits
- Housing Support
- Referrals and links to other services
